I am living in Oslo, Norway. My professional career has been within the Health Care Services, photography my main activity when not working. Internationally - in 2014, I was one of those who represented Norway in The International Federation of photographic Art (FIAP) World Cup. In 2017 I was representing Norway in the 27th FIAP Color Biennial. In both 2014 and 2015, I was attending exhibitions at the Norway`s National Museum of Photography (Preus museum) on The Photography Day.
I am using the term “fine-art” about my photography, but what is that? I have not been able to find a general definition, but there seem to be an agreement on the following: Fine-art photography is about the photographers creativity, goals and intentions, more than the goal to present the “reality” - event/situation/object, as realistic as possible.
What do you get when you buy fine-art photography? You get original, exclusive and limited edition photos!
It is important for me to thank a lot of people for inspiration and knowledge. You do not know me, but I know you through your videos on YouTube! Thank you very much to Brooke Shaden, Peter McKinnon, Glenys Garnett - Creative Images, Colin Smith - photoshopCAFE, Aaron Nace - Phlearn, Unmesh Dinda - Piximperfect, Jesùs Ramirez - Photoshop Training Channel, Serge Ramelli Photography, Trudy Kepke - Art Through A Lense and Sean Tucker.
Since 2018 I have had a permanent exhibition in a hair salon in Oslo. (Thank you, Lene!) I am changing the photos 2-3 times per year. For the time being photos from my photo-balls serie are hanging on the walls.
